Data entry and data processing services

Most businesses do not have a data entry problem as such. They have a backlog: forms that were never keyed in, a CRM full of duplicates, product listings that need updating, or paper records nobody has had time to digitise.

NetZure takes on that work with field-level rules agreed before anything starts. Records are entered or processed, checked, and returned in the format you need, whether that is a spreadsheet, an import file for your system or direct entry into your software.

Data work we take on

  • Data entry

Keying data from scanned forms, invoices, applications, survey sheets and handwritten records.

  • Document processing

Extracting the fields you need from invoices, purchase orders, KYC or application documents and recording them consistently.

  • Data cleansing

Standardising formats, merging duplicates and filling gaps in customer, vendor or product data.

  • Data conversion

Moving data between formats and systems, such as PDF to Excel or legacy files to a new platform’s import template.

  • Database and CRM updates

Updating lead, customer and transaction records inside your CRM, ERP or internal database.

  • Catalogue and listing updates

Adding and updating product details, prices and attributes for online stores and marketplaces.

  • Digitisation and indexing

Turning physical or scanned files into searchable, consistently named and indexed digital records.

Who handles what

NetZure handles

  • Entering or processing records to the agreed field rules
  • A separate accuracy check before work is returned
  • A query log for unreadable or ambiguous entries
  • Delivery in your template, file type and naming convention

Stays with you

  • Source documents or system access
  • Field definitions and examples of correct output
  • Answers to logged queries
  • Final acceptance of each batch

Keeping data accurate

Accuracy is designed in before the first record is touched. Field rules, formats and handling of missing values are written down and tested on a sample batch you review. After that, completed work is checked by a second person, with extra attention on the fields that matter most to you. Anything that cannot be read with confidence goes to a query log rather than being guessed.

Common situations

  • Migrating to a new CRM or ERP, with years of records to clean before import.
  • Adding hundreds of new products with descriptions, specifications and prices to an online store.
  • A backlog of paper forms, registrations or applications waiting to be digitised.
  • Finance or operations staff spending their week re-typing invoice and order details.

How a data project runs

The details are agreed per engagement. This is the usual sequence.

  1. 1

    Scope the source material

We look at the documents or data, count fields and records, and note anything unusual.

  2. 2

    Agree field rules

Formats, mandatory fields and how to treat unclear values are documented.

  3. 3

    Sample batch

A small batch is completed and reviewed with you before full volume starts.

  4. 4

    Production and delivery

Work proceeds in batches, each checked and delivered in the agreed format.

Questions about data entry & data processing

Do you handle one-time projects as well as ongoing work?

Yes. Backlog clearance and migrations are usually one-time projects. Daily order entry or record updates run as an ongoing process with an agreed schedule.

What information helps you quote?

The type of source material, the approximate number of records and fields per record, whether the work is one-time or ongoing, and where the finished data needs to go.

What happens when a source document is unclear?

The record is logged as a query and sent back to you. Values that cannot be read with confidence are not guessed.

Can you work directly in our software?

Yes, with user access you provide. We can also deliver import-ready files if you prefer to load the data yourself.

How is our data handled?

Working inside your own systems, with accounts you control, keeps data where it already is. If you need a confidentiality agreement before sharing anything, raise it at the start and it will be part of the discussion.
